I co-authored this, my first children’s book, in response to the discovery that evolution was not (at the time) taught in school. My girls came home from school with the stories of creation but little else. Evolution is at long last on the UK primary curriculum, and I hope this book will help to unravel the extraordinary story of life on Earth in classrooms and at home. It was written in consultation with the Natural History Museum. I hope it sparks both questions and curiosity!
